As your Virtual Coach, we provide a personalized plan, meet with you virtually as needed (via phone, text and/or email) while guiding you to successfully meet and exceed your organizing goals.
What is DIY Organizing?
Virtual Organizing, also known as DIY Organizing, is done on your own or with a friend or family members (DIY style) with support and guidance from your Virtual Coach. Depending on your space, personal habits and lifestyle, you and your Virtual Coach will agree to a specific time-frame for your organizing goals and your personal action plan will be carefully curated for you using scientific theories, proven methods, recommended tools, practical and logical systems, and various other resources. You’ll chat with your Virtual Coach on a weekly basis via weekly coaching sessions to track and gauge progress, reevaluate your current plan and set benchmarks for the upcoming week, ask questions or share concerns, and to receive constructive feedback on your progress. In between your weekly coaching sessions, you’ll work on your personalized action plan on. If questions arise in between coaching sessions, unlimited text and/or email contact is included to receive advice or feedback as needed.

The first step in your Road Map to DIY Success is scheduling the Initial Assessment so your virtual coach can learn more to make your personalized plan of action. This is also the time to ask any questions you may have. During your initial assessment, your coach will learn more about you, including your personal habits, your home or spaces needing organizing help and identify you and/or your family's personal issues causing clutter or organizational roadblocks. After your Initial Assessment, your coach will give you your Personalized Plan of Action to get you organized within a specific time-frame. Your action plan will include space planning recommendations and other tools and resources to make your space more functional, organized, and efficient for you and your family (if applicable). During the initial assessment will also be the time when you schedule weekly coaching sessions. These sessions will are to evaluate and gauge your progress. Your coach will be your accountability partner and personal cheerleader throughout the organizing process. Remember, action plans are always fully customized for each client.
During your Weekly Coaching Sessions, you will discuss your progress from the past week with your coach. These can be via a scheduled call or via texting/e-mail, depending on your needs. Each week, you and your coach will re-evaluate your plan of action to ensure efficiency and to make sure your personalized plan is working for you. Picture updates sent via text or e-mail are recommended for your weekly communication so your coach can see your progress.
